Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial closing processes and deliver accurate financial reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis models
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level presentations for board meetings and investor relations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
