Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate programs, from ideation and planning to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals, scope, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all departments.
- Identify risks and opportunities within corporate initiatives, developing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Optimize internal processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Present program status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and board members, with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
