Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement and enforce company project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
