Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, marketing, and executive teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management to maximize organizational efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of departmental best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate project management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
