Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic vision.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
