Responsibilities
- Define and maintain project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruption.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and external agency deliverables.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management or related fields.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
