Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive-level presentations
- Implement risk mitigation and quality assurance protocols
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes
- Maintain JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project portfolio dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate project management with SaaS/tech experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar projects
- Expertise in resource planning and P&L management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
