Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive consensus on project requirements and scope changes.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate project management or operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
