Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3+ departments to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining executive-level reporting dashboards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex corporate projects
- Drive process improvements and optimize resource allocation across organizational silos
- Manage stakeholder communications at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Mentor junior project managers and establish best practices for project governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP certification or equivalent (Prince2, CSM) strongly required
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or enterprise-level project management software
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced corporate settings with competing priorities
