Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex corporate projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate project management or a related leadership role.
- Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
