Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into production environments.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Identify emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to Vertex Horizon’s long-term strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for ambitious 2026 projects.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth tech teams and managing large-scale AI projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
