- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable insights to executive leadership

- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
