Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting initiatives for $2B+ revenue portfolio
- Develop actionable insights through variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Create executive-ready presentations translating financial data into strategic recommendations
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and controls
- Coordinate annual budget cycles across 5+ business units
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- ERP system expertise (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
