Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Streamline financial workflows using ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- SAP or Oracle ERP system implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CMA certification a plus
