Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Manage special projects related to capital allocation, M&A support, and process automation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
