Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for corporate departments
- Develop financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership to present financial insights
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with financial reporting for multinational corporations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
