Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to inform corporate strategy and operational improvements
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead cross-functional financial modeling initiatives for major projects
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across 15+ departments
- Mentor junior analysts using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- SOX compliance and internal audit experience required
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics sector a plus
