- Lead the development and monitoring of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across multiple departments
- Prepare comprehensive financial models for strategic initiatives, mergers, and capital expenditures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency
- Present complex financial information through clear dashboards and executive reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement of financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost savings
