Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for executive leadership
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze operational performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial modeling
- Implement process improvements using financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Present complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency with Power Query/VBA skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced corporate setting
