Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop annual operating budgets and quarterly financial forecasts
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Create financial models for capital allocation and investment decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Present findings to CFO and board members using visualization tools
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- SAP or Oracle ERP system implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification a plus
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry preferred
