- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes across multiple departments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement areas
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis and forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to simplify complex data
- CPA or CMA certification a plus
- Experience in healthcare or tech industries preferred
