Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights for business decisions
- Manage financial reporting compliance and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Analyze key performance indicators and deliver actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
