Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization projects
- Implement and improve financial modeling tools and KPI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and process documentation improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
