Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Lead cross-functional financial modeling and scenario planning
- Present insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Streamline financial processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- SAP or Oracle ERP system implementation experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
