- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting for executive leadership
- Lead budgeting processes across multiple departments
- Collaborate with business units to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform investment decisions
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear data-driven insights
- Mentor junior analysts through training and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
