Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to drive strategic business decisions and optimize resource allocation
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

- Present actionable insights to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new market opportunities and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
