Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic initiatives across 5 business units
- Lead monthly close processes and variance analysis with <2% error tolerance
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Optimize capital allocation through ROI analysis and scenario modeling
- Drive process improvements in FP&A systems, reducing reporting cycles by 30%
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of high-impact deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI with Python/VBA scripting
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Proven track record of transforming financial data into executive decisions
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Experience in SaaS or renewable energy industries preferred
