Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for 15+ business units
- Lead cross-departmental financial planning initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Streamline financial reporting processes using SAP and Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
