Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide executive decision-making
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives through executive dashboards
- Coordinate cross-departmental budget planning and variance analysis
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration planning
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial planning software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued for Latin American operations
