Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board reports with clear data visualization
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and implement robust internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools (Power BI a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business insights
- Experience with SEC reporting and multi-currency financial operations
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost optimization
