Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial closing processes and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and cost optimization

- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
