Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis for $500M+ revenue streams
- Develop financial models to support M&A valuations and capital allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create executive dashboards and KPI reports
- Automate financial workflows using Power BI and Alteryx to improve reporting efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership on market trends and operational performance
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and SQL
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success presenting to C-suite executives
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
