As a key member of our corporate finance division, you'll collaborate with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and cost optimization
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board reports
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
