Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-level financial presentations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Manage ad-hoc financial analysis projects for M&A activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CPA eligibility required
