Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for corporate initiatives
- Analyze monthly performance metrics and variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans across business units
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize financial processes using advanced Excel and Power BI tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
