Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close processes and financial reporting for $500M+ revenue divisions
- Develop predictive financial models for capital allocation and investment decisions
- Analyze variance trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Coordinate SOX compliance testing and internal control documentation
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining 98% reporting deadline adherence
- Drive process improvements using Power BI and SAP S/4HANA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, VBA) and ERP system expertise
- Demonstrated success in financial modeling for capital projects
- Strong SOX 404 compliance and internal controls background
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Energy sector knowledge highly desirable
