- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting methodologies
- Collaborate with business units to align financial strategies with corporate objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in technology or manufacturing industry preferred
