Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive models and forecasts supporting strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting processes and variance reporting for $500M+ divisions
- Develop executive dashboards translating complex financial insights into actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A valuation due diligence and integration planning
- Mentor junior analysts while implementing process improvements in FP&A workflows
- Present findings to executive committees with clear, compelling narrative visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated success with large-scale budgeting and forecasting in multinational companies
- Expertise in SAP/Oracle financial systems and regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data for non-financial stakeholders
