Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate divisions
- Develop and maintain robust budgets aligned with strategic business objectives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities and due diligence
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
