Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare executive presentations and communicate financial insights to senior leadership
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
