Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes for $500M+ regional operations
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and market expansion
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership on financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industry preferred
