Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for executive stakeholders
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts using advanced Excel modeling
- Analyze capital expenditures and ROI for major infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior analysts through quarterly performance reviews
- Present financial insights to C-suite using Tableau dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and SAP financial modules
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional financial projects
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation abilities for executive audiences
