- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance across financial operations
- Drive process improvements through automation and advanced analytical tools
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power Tableau a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate governance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
