Responsibilities

- Lead monthly forecasting processes and variance analysis across 5 business units
- Develop annual budgets and strategic financial models supporting 3-year growth initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives using advanced visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Experience in SaaS or technology sector highly desirable
