We're urgently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic financial planning and analysis for our Fortune 500 clients. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape financial decisions for industry leaders while working in our state-of-the-art downtown Detroit facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for C-suite executives
- Analyze P&L statements and variance reports to identify growth opportunities
- Develop cash flow projections and capital allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A integration projects
- Present financial insights to stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate finance or Big 4 advisory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with SEC filings and GAAP standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation abilities to executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
