- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational budgets
- Analyze market trends to inform investment decisions and risk assessments
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Prepare executive presentations for Board and C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years corporate finance experience in agricultural or manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
