Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial aspects of business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead special projects, such as cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Mentor junior financial analysts and provide guidance on complex financial issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
