Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and strategic models
- Analyze capital expenditure proposals and ROI projections
- Partner with department heads on budgeting and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations for Board of Directors
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and SAP systems
- Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and data visualization
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience in energy or manufacturing sector preferred
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
