Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ corporate portfolio
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting systems driving data-driven decisions
- Coordinate cross-departmental budgeting processes across 5+ business units
- Conduct market analysis and financial due diligence for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
- Partner with Treasury on capital allocation and risk management strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate finance experience in mid/large organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional financial leadership
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries preferred
