Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
